These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hei77 and all related services. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

- You must be a natural person (individual) acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, proxy registrations, and accounts managed on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of hei77, nor an immediate family member of any such person, when using the Platform for betting or gaming purposes.
- You must have sufficient legal capacity under the laws applicable to you to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are subject to legal incapacity orders may not use the Platform.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order that you have applied to hei77 or to any group platform that includes hei77. Self-excluded players who attempt to re-register will be identified and their accounts closed without payment of any funds.
3. Account Registration and KYC
To access the full range of hei77 services — including placing bets, playing live casino games, and requesting withdrawals — you must register an account. Registration requires a valid mobile number (Bangladeshi or international), a password, and acceptance of these Terms. You must provide accurate information during registration; submitting false details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
hei77 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You will be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet showing the registered mobile number). One Account Per Person
Each individual may register only one (1) account on hei77. If duplicate accounts are detected — whether registered under the same mobile number, email address, payment method, device fingerprint, or household IP address — hei77 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or bonuses associated with those accounts. Any balance held in a duplicate account may be forfeited.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
hei77 accepts deposits through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other approved payment partners as updated from time to time. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your hei77 account balance in real time for mobile wallet payments; bank transfers may take up to one business day.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC completion. Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. hei77 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. hei77 does not charge a fee on withdrawals to mobile wallets, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges. hei77 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
Transaction Disputes
If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your account or a withdrawal has not been received within the expected timeframe, you must notify hei77 support at [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the transaction date. hei77 will investigate the matter and respond within 5 business days. Claims submitted outside the 30-day window may not be honoured.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
hei77 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and cricket bet promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:
- Each bonus is available to one registered account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Standard wagering requirement ranges from 15x to 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on hei77.app — including but not limited to game graphics, software, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, user interface design, and the hei77 brand identity — is the exclusive property of hei77 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use hei77.app for personal gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any hei77 content without prior written permission. When material changes are made, hei77 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account. Your continued use of hei77.app after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
